uSync commerce not producing required files.

Umbraco 13.4.1
Commerce 13.1.6
uSync commerce 13.1.0

Created multiple nodes for different sites and stores (Trader store, public store and member store)

Locally everything kicks in and works. I migrate the site to testing stage and run the import functionality, all other nodes are imported but the stores have missing information under the settings commerce tab (expand a store and you will see the nodes that are populated in local do not import over)
