Custom Redirect URL per user role

how can i redirect the page customely without logging out from wordpress admin. i have my custom login and logout links with redirection code in that when i click on log out link it redirects to the wp index login which is not required. Basically i need to show my site login link when a user is logout and logout link when a user is already logged in.
surfing the internet for 2 weeks almost still unsuccesful. need help!
