Hello there, in the readme section you have shown all the detected points (Q, R, S). But after cloning your repository only the R peaks are detected.
What about the Q and S points?

Hi, I guess I commented out those lines to mark Q, S point. Identifying Q and S can be done by finding the local minimal at the left (Q point) and right (S point) of R peak. I am very busy these days and may work on this some times later on. Hope this message could help. Thank you for your interest.

Hi, does that mean you only commented Q,S points according to annotation files or else but really finished detecting Q,S points?
actually I noticed that there are functions in your code that are used to detect Q,S but I still don't know why Q,S points were not plotted when I tried to run...

With regards
