In a KG construction crew meeting on Dec 12 2022, we discussed how it may be useful to have a topological representation of the Biolink model. This sounds like a case for KG-OBO, though:
it's not an OBO ontology
has a different structure than the OBO ontology graphs
doesn't natively have an OWL serialization (but there's a TTL)
It really depends on how you would like to structure the KG - I made an attempt that seemed to somewhat work that I needed to add a topological aspect to the node type and edge type features.
