Describe the desired behavior

In a KG construction crew meeting on Dec 12 2022, we discussed how it may be useful to have a topological representation of the Biolink model. This sounds like a case for KG-OBO, though:

  • it's not an OBO ontology
  • has a different structure than the OBO ontology graphs
  • doesn't natively have an OWL serialization (but there's a TTL)

Additional context

See the OWL on Bioportal: https://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/BIOLINK

This is currently done here: https://github.com/LucaCappelletti94/kg-biolink
(but not made available through KG-OBO or KG-Hub, which may be nice, so I'll leave the issue open)

@LucaCappelletti94 @caufieldjh what do you think about moving this kg to kg-hub? How big a lift would this be?

It really depends on how you would like to structure the KG - I made an attempt that seemed to somewhat work that I needed to add a topological aspect to the node type and edge type features.
