When I select a photo for my profile, the Peacenik app chooses how to crop the photo around my face. However, my face is too small in the photo and I want my friends to be able to more easily see my smile so that they feel joy.

When I have selected a photo for my profile, before it is saved, I want to see a user interface for editing the photo.

  • I want to see a frame overlayed on my photo which indicates where the profile photo will be cropped as a circle. The area of my photo outside the crop frame should be masked with a filter so that the area in within the frame is clear.
  • I want to be able to zoom in and out on my face in the photo, so it fills the frame the right amount.
  • I want to be able to reposition the photo within the frame, so that my face is centered in the frame

After I have edited the zoom and position of my photo, I can use either a "cancel" or "save" button.

  • When I click the cancel button, I expect to be taken back to the profile page, and be able to verify that no changes have been made to my profile photo
  • When I click the save button, I expect to be taken to my profile page, and be able to verify that my profile photo has been saved with the zoom and position selections I made. And when I navigate to my feed, I can see my profile picture has been updated for my posts.
