Improve username parsing such that, it allows the executer to parse for example /tpa "dron" when the name is actually "[Owner]DronXa", this feature will improve the NewEssential experience and would behave similar to the old uessentials.

Also, allow users to use steam name as a username parsing

Would be really useful, but i guess NewEssentials is not maintained anymore.
