Just tested to update a local copy for a forum with almost 11.000 users.
Looks like the update script 6.4.0-2024-11-02_move_users_socials.php takes too long.

When adding a batch size (i.e. 100) it is ok.
FYI: My localhost settings are very broad in terms of execution time, so I also don't know if a batch size of 100 on a shared hosting server is small enough.
