Remove Github integration with Forecast

Problem:
The integration with Github makes Github revert changes on Forecast. I.e. moving an item to done or obsolete will often make Github move it back to the first "todo" type column. This can be very confusing and cause frustration.

Product:
Remove the integration. @

We still need Github issues for bugs, so we need to investigate if we can setup a job or something that will fetch all tasks from Forecast labeled with Bug.

The Kvalifik CLI should be changed to generate branch number from the related forecast task instead of the Github issue.

Work-on should create a pull request with the link to the forecast task

Change the shortcut to KLI

Remove all Shopify commands
