Can the plugin page at https://moodle.org/plugins/local_remote_backup_provider contain more information (in the full description field) on how actually the plugin is supposed to be used, how the provided functionality can be located etc? No need for detailed information on how to set up the WS (maybe just a link to general existing admin docs at docs.moodle.org).
