Store some report display parameters in cookies?

Since we will soon be supporting user image size configuration on the user end, it might be worthwhile to store that display setting for the user. That way if a teacher always uses the Medium size, they will not need to click it each time. This could potentially be extended to other parameters of the report, although I'm not sure any of the rest are good candidates for this kind of behavior.
