Harvest festival and relic ilvl +2 +3

First off i would like to say i appricate all you all do working on all this and the time and effort.
mainly just questions 1. How do i get the harvest festival to work i have tried so much cant ever get it to work. a guide would be nice.
2. are you all working on the ilvl relic gear +2 +3? Thank you for all you guys do :).

Going to address the second point, though there's a baseline implementation for Harvest Festival in the codebase (that I've never used). Regarding ilvl gear, there's two things that need to happen:

1. Proper database entries for all versions of the gear needs to exist, along with the gear's modifiers.
2. The NPC responsible for upgrades needs to be implemented

The NPC part will most likely need some decent caps from retail to implement, as there are a few components to it (displaying - which might be easy, selecting an upgrade, waiting for upgrade to complete, and also Rem's tale storage)

I have been working on gear to add Modifier and adding gear, thing is it’s a lot of work, a lot gear is missing or not correct slot or job. Some gear I have on my server to test if it is working. And then I will get it pushed.

Harvest festival is under main.lua to toggle on

A function name and parameter format was adjusted many years ago, and nobody pull requested a completed update to the harvest event lua after. A few attempts were made but left unfinished.

Additionally, that same function requires some further edits to future proof it. It on;y supports mob/npc style models, so many NPCs require a server restart to get them back to their original player-type model.

i know that it shows and can equip and all if i knew where to add the stats and stuff id help lest with getting the armor sets working
