Need help with apex mobs and mission

I was looking around and couldnt find anything in main settings, outside of changing mob hp, to make apex mob have stats to retail. Right now they die so easily and I wanted to change that.
Not sure if this is for all mobs or just apex haven't gotten around to checking yet.

I also wanted to see if there's a quick setting to complete all ranks/missions/key items etc.
