Use the dbtool.py. When you run it, option 3 will be to backup. You can select just critical tables, or all tables.
To restore, you can use option 4. Save your backups somewhere else to make sure if your drive crashes, it is easy to access.
They are only about 26mb for a full backup (I have a populated AH which may increase the size), and about 6mb for a critical only (lite) backup.

I did as you told me and managed to make a complete backup! thank you, I prepared a VM with windows server 2022, loaded the entire server and loaded backup and everything works correctly, thank you very much
