How do I become a collaborator?

I've made PRs in the past (albeit to a feat branch, not base) and I was able to. Now when trying to make a PR to the base branch I get a validation error saying I must be a collaborator. Any advice appreciated.

You dont need any pernission to make a PR.

What no-one can do, except maintainers, is pushing to LSB branches directly.

can you take a screenshot of what you're trying to do? There should not be an issue with trying to make a PR like that unless github decided to do something strange...
