We have a bunch of Spreadsheets that can be viewed and edited on google docs. https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B0j1HOehhfxBSGdnOWE4RmVRQ0E&usp=sharing

Items, Monsters, NPC, Skills, Quests can have their textual information stored in these sheets and downloaded as CSV for the server and game client to use.

For game GUI images, those can be edited as dds. Please see IMG File Formats for more information.
