Call for Contributors

Hello,
 
During upcoming quarterly meeting MEF will propose to start implementation of 2 new IIS documents for Quote and Inventory functions. The IIS stands for Interface Implementation Specification - and acts like a developers guide on how to proceed with Sonata adoption.
 
MEF Standards are published having a broad industry feedback and consensus.
This is where we need Your help!
 
We are looking for contributors who can help us get things done.
What does it mean to be a Contributor?
• Requires not more than a few hours of time per month.
• Participation in weekly calls (at least in 50% presence)
• Providing feedback and expertise.
• Carefully reviewing and submitting comments on most of the Calls for Comments
• The documents' main editors are already appointed so consultancy and review input is enough.
• Gives opportunity to work with other industry experts and be ahead of the curve.
• Gives your company a recognition by putting its name on the list of contributors.
 
The Project Proposal amends the existing MEF W87 LSO Sonata IIS for Product Offering Qualification which is currently in the Call for Comments phase. You can read it to get the feeling on what kind of document it is. You are also very welcomed to provide comments to it.
 
This Project phase is scheduled to begin in May (after Q2 meeting) and last till October/November (before MEF20). You can check the details here.
 
The documents are to serve as developers guides, we are looking for individuals from Service Providers with business and/or IT profile.
