Static HTML site (GitHub Pages) for the doc

I'm always frustrated when when the reader has to read a text on GitHub and browse folders. I want a presentable document!

Describe the solution you'd like
A static HTML site (GitHub Pages) for the doc.

A github workflow with minimal third party github actions that creates GitHub Page. Workflow to be ran on release. Nothing fancy.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Fancy. Open to it, but reluctant to add any complexity for a short workshop.

Do not spend time on this issue before it is ready. Discuss the issue first, there could be fancy solutions if enough help is available and interested.
