Description

Certain functions need to be fully implemented or instantiated in the Struct.py
Location: clash_royale\envs\game_engine\struct.py

Certain docstrings are also missing.

DefaultScheduler.game_state()
DefaultScheduler.is_game_over()
DefaultScheduler.is_overtime()

Possibly also need to rework stats, depending on how the cards look.
