For clarity i will remove the switch for DApp hooks, And only put the Wifi hooks (However I think one of stores forced us to name the Wifi hooks as WIfi hexagon location ...) so i think we need to keep that instead of Wifi hooks.

I have made the required changes, Fixed some bugs but new bug appeared and It's Android 14 specific and the location in the background has problems.

Looks like new configuration was required, So I added the new declarations in apps manifest, by the help of this doc and this issue.
