Please check that EV sales are not overly constrained. Expecting 13k sales in 2022 (https://stats.beepbeep.ie/) and potential for doubling each year.

@vahid-aryanpur could you check again the 2022 sales constraints? The very high ICE car sales in 2022 is creating "unmitigated emissions" for transport in Carbon Budget 1, even in the LED scenario. Realistically there should be no more than 100k new car sales ..
