Application won't open

Hello, I downloaded every application required to run, but it never opens, it just popup's a cmd and closes so fast, I tried to change the compatibility settings, but I have the same issue. I'm using a Windows 10 21H2 version.
Hardware:
Windows 10
Intel Core I5 9440 @2.40ghz
8GB RAM
SSD 480 GB + HDD 1TB

Run it in a command line, you are probably missing net 5.0
