Add conditional module imports based on the platform the service is running on

There are some Python modules such as the module for text coloring the log screen output of the service while its running (to assist with debugging the service's code), which are only running on Windows (which I used when running the service during the project).

To therefore ensure that our solution works with the Linux platform as well we need to ensure that equivalent modules for that platform are also included. Then, the source code based on the platform will choose to use the appropriate modules.
