Works on created worlds but not on Realms it seems. Windows 10 bedrock edition. I found an old 14.2 version which does work on Realms. Just not sure why this one doesn't?

Duplicate of #7
it's a Realms' problem and I can't solve it.
As a workaround, you can take effects in Realms by applying it from the "Global Resources" setting.

Thanks. I did try adding to the Global Resource but I'm afraid it doesn't apply it in the realm :(

Its odd that an older 14.2 version works. Is there anyway maybe copying over some of the files from ESBE 2g to the working 14.2 version perhaps? I would like the underwater effects from 2g.

Managed to solve it. Rather than extracting the file to resource_packs folder, I double clicked the file and let Minecraft install it.

One thing I did notice is that I have reenable it before I join my realm as it seems to deactivate itself after I play.
