Whenever a player kills themselves I've found that the inventory size is no longer respected when modified. I.e, if you eat one of the slot add items, visually for a bit the player's inventory size is modified, but then if you open you inventory you no longer can access those slots. I believe these slots are technically there but they do not become present in any guis (besides initially when they are updated). This issue is not present with keepInventory on.
I'm using the latest version available on Curseforge, and I am on 1.19.2.
Also in the logs, I do get the "Steve's Mini Pouch correctly applied" messages to my player whenever I die, if that is relevant, and no other messages from the mod.
