What about creating a dedicated account on MF that posts merger and termination information into a dedicated thread? Currently this info is only send via email and then manually posted.

WE would need to be cautious with what kind of information to post as not to spam the thread with the same message because something is stuck.

I played around with the idea of a bot before but never really felt like doing the work
