Sometimes Video gets Corrupted with weird artifacts

This seems to be the same as #153

@Michele0303 as a further note, during my testing I recorded the same live 2 times (2 different processes) and the artifacts were not the same between the two videos, and the same live was correctly visible from the tiktok website or from the Android app.

It happens will all version but it did not happen until some months ago. All my videos before let's say June are fine, but in the latest months the artifacts started to appear.
