Motivation
某些规则需要重启，或者不能反复开关，或者热切换时有一定条件。不太符合carpet类规则的使用初衷。
Description
目前暂时想到的有这几个规则：
largeShulkerbox需要切换时加载区块中没有潜影盒commangCustomCommandPermissionLevel需要重启才能刷新指令系统Other information
任何发现其他规则指令无法热切换的欢迎在这里进行讨论。
