Problem

Need a way to test the accuracy and timings of vision algorithms in a standardized and simple way.

Solution

Implement a benchmark utility to measure the accuracy and timing of vision algorithms. Benchmark should be easy to implement for new modules and give useful information about how well an algorithm did.
