Add additional Vision Starter Projects

Problem

The singular starter project does not give vision members enough experience with all the tools and misses out on experience with AI. This causes a problem once they start to work on actual tasks.

Solution

Create additional Starter Projects for Vision members to practice using tools before hopping into tasks.
