Error Indexing Anime files due to absolute order naming convention

Hey man, lovely addon.

It seems to struggle with indexing anime files that have absolute order file naming convention.

For instance, the addon searches the cloud for title S#E#. This is good for regular tv shows. However most anime torrent files have absolute Naming order. See examples below:

Absolute order: Helck - 16
