Duplicate entries in Selected Fields list which can't be selected/removed

First of all thank you very much for the great work, I've searched for a printing feature for so long..!

I've got a problem where, after some adding and re-sorting fields in the Selected Fields view, all of a sudden there were duplicate entries in the list which I can't select or remove. The fields are also included in the generated Reports. Any idea?

Sorry for not getting to this sooner. Were you able to resolve this? I've encountered cases where duplicates show up, but I thought I eliminated all the edge cases. I can add a Clear All button for the cases that aren't easily reproducible.

Thank you for coming back to me. I did not really resolve this but I stopped using the extension. When I gave it another try two weeks ago, it looked fine so far, but I avoided playing around too much with adding and sorting fields to be printed. But a Clear All button sounds good! I've got another request which popped up: right now, it is a blocker for using the extension that the labels as printed in the PDF are the original field names, and not the ones shown in the web front end (which can be overwritten). Is it possible to show the other labels? Thank you, Marina Radcke
