Track both recommended and selected values for doctype

Description

We want to be able to track accuracy over time of the predictions. Ideally, we would record the predicted value and the accepted value.

Implementation Considerations

• Two columns, one for predicted, one for accepted
• front end really shouldn't show two columns if we can help it, it should have some smarter display

Maybe the front end proactively displays accepted then recommended. If a curator overwrites, it recolors the overwrite and saves the new value to the accepted column.
