The video in place for the purpose is just not good. It is ultimately a recording of X pages of a real OER. The point of an OER in my opinion is not to convey content in a video as a presentation, then you might as well record and play a presentation once. The nice thing about the preparation in an OER is that the text is searchable, the students can jump at any time to a clearly defined place, etc. Its about the interaction.
