investigate NYCEM FacDB records

With the latest release of FacDB, NYCEM noticed issues with four records and emailed us on 1/2. They may be due to inherent limitation of the dataset. COLP/DCAS source data is is lot based so facilities on the same lot may be aggregated.

During the next release (#1334), we should investigate these records to confirm that this is a limitation of the source data and determine if there's precedent to make these types of corrections.

NYPD 49th Precinct Station

• The correct address should be 2121 Eastchester Rd, Bronx (BIN: 2097543, BBL: 2042050001).

FDNY EMS Battalion 20

• UID: 3c7b30a2edc738865f3c81450c873a96
• The address we have from FDNY is 1401 Pelham Pkwy South (BIN: 2097546, BBL: 2042050001).

NYPD 116th Precinct Station

• This is a new police station just opened in December 2024.
• The address is 244-04 North Conduit Ave in Queens (BIN: 4518258, BBL: 4132650030).

NYPD Queens South Task Force Station

• UID: 78e896e9a89198b09e454956935ca257
• This has the same address as the 116th Precinct, but the point is located in the next building (BIN: 4620957, BBL: 4132650030).
• QSTF maybe have been disbanded and organized into Strategic Response Group (SRG). But SRG is not located in that building anymore.
