It would definitely help ease off the pain of getting people onboard.

Also, shift the contents of how to setup to a new setup.md and link it in the readme.md rather than having everything there.

There's a docker file that is pretty easy to setup. The main reason why I didn't include a bash script to do all this is cause the user has to configure an account and select directories to serve ...

I'll probably move the setup to a separate file once the readme file starts getting too long 🙈
