chore: unify download select options to be better understandable.

Unifying the select statements in the download area will reduce confusions.

Unify AMD and Intel Options since they point to the same image anyway
Remove Framework Option, we don't ship framework specific images anymore so the option can be tucked into the other ones (with a tooltip maybe).
