DatePicker: Removing previous Date

I Have writen the functionality here for removing past date issue where user should be unable to select previous date also user should be able to make a project under one year from the day project created. But it's not working quite properly

#3 Do check the FIle here. Lne no 68 with the onclick & make changes if its necessary
