Loading

To create overall logged in view / non-logged in view

Acceptance Criteria:

logged in View
- Navbar will have username
- Navbar will have link to Leaderboard
Non-logged in View
- shows button for login and signup

Are we open to using bootstrap for this build?

Yes its React-Bootstrap.
