Third Release - December 28, 2015
- Lands fix for non-default DPI settings for Microsoft Windows
- Fixes the transparent areas for Microsoft Windows (affected all but Windows 8.1, even affects Windows 10)
- Adds in Reverse Image Search on Tineye and Google Images
- Fixes Twitter image URLs being "undefined" and the image supplied was a much smaller version then the one uploaded. Twitter automatically scales images down, however you can get an image that is closer to the original size (if not the original size), NativeShot v1.2 provides this link now.
Second Release - September 22, 2015
Huge performance improvement. Huge visual improvement. Added "Window Select" tool in beta stages. Added Twitter uploading. Removed all the debug logging that was accidentally left intact in v1.0.
First Release - July 27, 2015
No Android support yet. Planned for future version.
Some quirks:
- On Linux, the special UI (like UnityBar/Dock and Taskbar) appear in front of the editor after screen capture. It makes it seem you cannot select that area, but you can, clicking in that area will not trigger the UnityBar/Dock/Taskbar functions.
- On Mac, if you have done delayed shot and then focus another desktop, like by fullscreening another application, when the screen capture editor launches it will scroll over to the desktop with the screen captured editor on it (in future I plan to make it so the editor opens on the currently focused desktop)
- On Mac, if right click menu is open during screen shot, it will not close when screen capture happens and will appear over the capture editor, just simply click away from it to hide the right click menu
