Hello, thanks for your interest in the project.

Since we submitted the manuscript, the site hosting the raw data has changed to: https://openneuro.org/datasets/ds000117/versions/1.0.3 though the old link should still redirect properly

You should be able to download the data from there by installing AWS command line interface (instructions here: https://aws.amazon.com/cli/) and running the following line in a terminal
aws s3 sync --no-sign-request s3://openneuro.org/ds000117 ds000117-download/

I'm afraid we don't have a straightforward way to host the intermediate data ourselves. I'll look into whether it is feasible to upload them to the OSF page
