Multiple fields

Hello,
I just started using this plugin and I love it!
I am yet to figure out how to use it for multiple fields, however. I couldn't find any documentation on this (though I'm sure it exists..)

The card type I like to use has Front, Back, Extra, and Source.

Ideally I'd like to be able to do

Questionnnn
——
Answerrr
——
Extraaa
——
Sourcee

But I'd also like to be able to do

Question1
——
Answer1

or

Question2
——
Answer2
——
Extra2

And still have it compile to the same four-field note type. Is this possible? I was not able to figure it out with regex.
