Things that would be useful:

Average the time series so we can see trend.
Histograms for KT
Add Jq. Show +ve and -ve heat fluxes separately.
Use symlog scale for dTdz if dTdz is negative only infrequently.
Call axis tight so that there's no wasted space.
Maybe a summary of masking in a panel?
