Ability to switch to a different directory for Azure account

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
My Azure account (xxx@xxx.com) has multiple directories associated with it. And the subscription I intend to use is not under the default directory. I wasn't sure how to switch directories in Teams Toolkit account section so I could find the subscription I want to use.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Teams Toolkit can allow me to switch to different directories.

i am experiencing this very same situation here. My Azure account has two different tenants and my subscription is on the second tenant so as soon as i run the Provision process in my Teams Toolkit it gives me an error which is "We couldn't find a subscription."
It seems it is just looking in the default tenant and this results in not finding any subscription.

There's a workaround on this, you could switch directory in Azure Portal: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devtest/offer/how-to-change-directory-tenants-visual-studio-azure and Teams Toolkit will pick the default directory. Hope this helps.
