key statement is missing in .yang generated when RPC output parameter is a list.

See https://gerrit.onosproject.org/#/c/18516/3/models/tapi/src/main/yang/tapi-connectivity%25402018-03-07.yang for example diff highlighting expected and what it currently generated in TAPI.
