Circling back to review some of our starting questions; what do we need to make a rent calculator work? Are there elements we calculate and others we serve in another way?

What needs to be calculated:

• Annual Increase Percentage ("AIP", based off of CPI)
• Tax rate increases
• New tenancy (allowed % from prev tenant)
• Improvement increases (or address in another way?)
• Other - let's add to list as we uncover!

What CAN be calculated:
