Code for estimating model_params through Method of Simulated Moments Missing?

Hi Developers,

Thank you so much for sharing this project! I found it very helpful to understand the paper and the model. However, after looking into the code structure, I could not find the file that implement an iterative procedure to update and estimate the parameters through method of simulated moments. I also could not find the code for calculating the moments. Could you please provide more guidance on this matter? Thank you in advance!
