Recommended OS packages and other OS small details for consistent installations..

Not an issue, just a recommendation. Maybe for future milestones...

• I would like to recommend that OXAR installation adds the following packages. These are based on my personal use and day to day experience with OXAR for over a year.

1. ntpd - By default Digital Ocean servers are UTC and I have noticed the time is off (it needs to be set to start at boot time)
2. bzip2, unzip - Utilities that will enable the compression/decompression of files that are compatible with the "Microsoft" eco-system.
3. postfix, mailx, cyrus-sasl-plain - Packages that will enable the email communications by using Gmail as an email Relay service which in turn is much easier to manage: the inbox,sent,deleted,etc. and that huge space is provided by Google instead of OXAR server. (I can provide scripted steps to enable this functionality)

• I would like to recommend that OXAR establish the timezone for the server as part of the configuration.
  I think this is important so the Installation timestamps and Logs have a logical time corresponding to the Administrators timezone.
