Hi @DarioS, we don't do this type of QC on the data because we try and faithfully recapitulate the scores as they were reported. In some cases we go back to the authors to double-check if certain scores are flagged by users. There are also some traits (eGFR) where it will be naturally flipped (predicting CKD).
