Just like in plasma tool, custom M code for laser PPI be moved to tool compilation unit to keep all (most at least) PPI related code along with tool. This will also improve parser compilation unit to be kept to the essentials.

It's possible to use PPI without the extension M codes using PPI settings. MCodes just makes them more practical
