Luke: Submitted to JHU Open Source Programs Office. Do more outreach to many more researchers/users. Understand typescript/UI to see if I can work on front end UI myself.

Minh: Finished reviewing data PRs, including data refresh #115. Review Taylor's PR. Work on guide for new contributors.

Taylor: Welcomed to the team! @Anjin-Byte. Committed code to project, under review by Minh - first agents getting developed!

Christian: Explored file formats for ATO, discussed uses of panopticon for ATO. Working on a user guide for someone who can't code. Try to review docs.panopticon-ai.com and provide suggestions for it.
